Don't mess with Texas

We are going to Texas for Thanksgiving. I can't wait!!! I am so excited to see family and to show Dan more of my home. The minute we get off the plane we are heading to Braum's, for my favorite CHERRY LIMEADE. I can taste it already...the perfect drink. My mom and I are also looking forward to shopping at Sam Moons. This store is a woman's dream....they sell jewerly, bags, perfume...all the girly stuff that we all enjoy.

We are flying this year...hooray. Two years ago we drove (Dan was excited for a road trip, but I was dreading it, since I have made this trip too many times to count). It did turn out to be a fun road trip and we have some good stories to share. Here is a good one! We got caught in a snow storm in New Mexico at 2am. The worst snow storm ever. We didn't move an inch for over 2 hours. Anyways, I all of a sudden had to go potty (real bad) and there we were stuck on a freeway between two semi-trucks. I couldn't hold it any longer, so lucky me got to squat & blast between the two car doors. I am sure the truck drivers got a good show. Dan and I weren't married at the time, so I was freaking out that he would peek, and kept saying, "don't look, don't look." Lucky for me that we are flying this year.
