I just discovered the BEST show on TV. I know that it has been on TV for 4 years now, but I just saw my first episode and I fell in LOVE. Saturday night we had The Office marathon and watched season one (this is only 6 episodes). Then I couldn't stop so we watched 1/2 of season two. Okay, I know you are thinking "wow, that is a lot of TV," but each episode is only 22 minutes because there are no commercials...it's great! I was/am completely hooked. Sunday morning I woke up early so I could sneak in some shows before church. I am at church physically, but the entire time I am thinking, "are Jim and Pam ever going to hook up." Sunday night we finally get to finish season two and Jim tells Pam that he loves her...finally!!! I was so shocked, happy and excited. By this time it is passed midnight and I look at Dan and beg to watch the first episode on season three. Dan has already watched seasons 1 & 2, but not season 3, so he was so patient with me in watching all the other seasons. I honestly can't believe that I have been missing this show for 4 years. FOUR YEARS of great entertainment and laughter. Dan had to work on Monday and I promised him that I wouldn't watch any more episodes. I tried to cheat and sneak in one show, but I felt guilty so I turned it off. Tuesday night we watched more episodes and now we are 1/2 way through season 3. Only 11 more shows to go and than we are caught up. Hooray. So needless to say, I am now a HUGE Office fan and have watched 39 episodes in 72 hours. I am secretly happy for the writers strike and now I will be able to watch the reruns of season 4. Glorious!
